Apple Cider Vinegar for Cystic Acne? Yes!
Apple Cider Vinegar for Cystic Acne? Yes! It works wonders also as a skin toner and a stomach aid.
I promised you that today would be a post on Fasting and Acne, and that will come in the next posting. I apologize for venturing off the path to another topic, we will get that to you as soon as we can, I will try to get that to you tomorrow, ok?
What I found was surprising to me, and I just had to share it.
In my research I came across something I never would have thought of in a million years, and that is apple cider vinegar for cystic acne, works. Don’t get me wrong, I know that it is good for numerous uses such as a window cleaner, canning ingredient for beets, pickles, and gives pickled eggs their zing! I’ve also heard rumors that there is a cholesterol cure associated with it, and that it is good for stomach acid problems. These few being just off the top of my head.
Yes, I do realize there are numerous household items many of us have in our cupboards and fridges that I have learned in years past have and do help with skin conditions. Some are oatmeal, goats milk, coconut oil, and so on. I also know that years and years ago, when my now deceased uncles were home on the farm, that they used hot apple cider vinegar and another ingredient for injuries and it worked wonders.
Now, from all that I have read, apple cider vinegar for cystic acne works when nothing else did. One account I read about this person uses it when they feel deep acne cyst coming on. They just put some on a cotton swab and applied this to the area morning and evening. It’s gone!
Apparently the cider vinegar works as a skin toner and helps to balance out the natural pH of your skin. It also helps prevent future breakouts. Some even include taking it internally and that it helps with their gastrointestinal issues they have.
My first question was…’what about the smell?’ … I am told that the smell goes away rather quickly.
Here is a simple regimen that works for some:
• Morning:
o Wash face with a cleanser (oil free).
o Apply apple cider vinegar as a toner on a cotton swab.
o Drink 2 tablespoons in 8 oz. of water
• Afternoon
o Mix 1-2 Tablespoons in 8 oz. of water-Drink.
• Night
o Wash face with a cleanser (oil free).
o Apply apple cider vinegar with cotton swab.
o Drink 2 Tablespoons in 8 oz. of water.
Now personally, I am not sure how my stomach would handle the drinking it part, but I would try. Hey, I am sure there are no ‘hard and fast rules’ in this recipe. It is all natural, and other than some stomach issues that you already know about, what other harm could it cause? I even know some people who just drink the 2 tablespoons straight, they don’t mind the taste.
This was a very pleasant surprise to learn of apple cider vinegar for cystic acne, is reported to be a very good natural treatment.
