Detoxing, Digestion, and Cystic Acne – Is There A Connection?

Detoxing, Digestion, and Cystic Acne – Is there a connection? Yes, and everything I have revealed in here, and read about in my research points to that exact thing. (see a free trial offer below).
I will try to keep this post brief, honestly that may be tough because of the depth of today’s subject. I do not want to be redundant and keep going over the same things I have already written about in my posts. A few things we have learned in our informational search to help those of us who may suffer from acne.
We have learned what causes cystic acne, why fasting will help with the curing of it and acne. We also have learned that following a healthy diet, exercise, and drinking lots of water daily have been proven to cure it for many people. This and much more.
Excuse me as I mention the previous only for the connection to today’s topic of Detoxing, Digestion, and Cystic Acne.
Detoxing, or the de-toxing, removal of the toxins that is in our bodies that cause so much harm to us. Yes, they also cause cystic acne, which is inflammation. That is why fasting helps us; it helps the body rid itself of those harmful enemies.
Proper digestion or the working of the GI tract to process the food we eat and eliminate the waste properly also helps. If we aren’t getting the proper amount of fiber in our diets, which should happen if we follow a healthy diet, then our elimination of waste most likely isn’t working as efficiently as possible. At least that is what health professionals teach us right? If the elimination is slow, then toxins can leach into our systems through our intestines.
This is where the interesting part comes in, something I should have thought of from the very beginning of this blog. I am sorry that I haven’t thought of it before this.
There is an all-natural, clinically proven, supplement that will help with your digestion, detoxing, and even with the elimination process. That supplement would be Probiotics or the “friendly” “beneficial” bacteria that lives in our GI tract. These numerous helpful little guys promote healthy digestive flora, and support a healthy digestive system.
Yes, these are the same ones in yogurt, but many many more per dose. I take these myself because as we age, undergo stress, unhealthy diets, and even anti-biotics we take for flues and sicknesses will kill these good-guy bacteria.
These have been proven in numerous studies to do exactly what I have reported to you about. They will not harm you and are natural to our digestive systems. If you want to push your healthy living up to the next level, you should consider adding this.
Now, I looked around and have some good news. I discovered a place online that will give you a free trial of probiotics, if you are inside the US, but they say this is for a limited time only, and only while supplies last.
It is simple to get, just click the link below and sign up.

    Parkfield…

Thank you, I hope we get this good information into the hands of many people to help them.
Even helping one is worth our work.

I could go for a while about our diet and its effects on our health…I hope people realize that we process the heck out of our food so its nutritional value has declined . Even the prestigious and hard to move AMA has reversed its position and said we DO need to take supplements as our food no longer has the nutrients we need. If you combine the poor quality food (esp junk food) with all the environmental toxins around us and you have a recipe for disaster.
I was a sceptic until I married a person who showed me I could feel a lot better by eating good food , cleansing and then maintaining with probiotics. Of course it means I am very sensitive to alcohol now but maybe that’s not such a bad thing :)
I see you are a Brian Johnson fan too :)

    JK,

Oh yes you hit the nail right on the head my friend. This is a discussion that I wish more people would open their eyes to see the truth. A clean healthy diet would by itself make them look and feel better. Sometimes the feeling better part will come after their body rids itself of all the toxins and poisons in it, but that is a small price to pay for good health and a higher quality of life. People forget the second part of that I believe.
After seeing family die from heart troubles, and many times much of it could have been avoided by a better diet. Then, I took that class in college and wow, my eyes were opened for sure.
Oh yes, I am indeed a fan of Brian Johnson and take his course. To me his is a superior method of doing things right now with Google working as it does.
Thank you for stopping by and commenting.

I think people simply underestimate what a healthy diet can do to the body and one’s beauty. Or maybe people are just too lazy to control their diet and what they eat. As for me, I find that I will tend to get acne when I consume certain food. So, now I try to avoid them. They are non-nutritional stuff, by the way, so I guess it’s better for me overall!

    Audrey,

I agree with you on all points Audrey. People have been pulled so far away from healthy food, living and a lifestyle that they do underestimate what it can do for them, their body, and beauty. Not to mention how much better they will feel. Oh, there will be a short period of de-toxing they will naturally go through if they are really off the path into eating non-nutritional foods. But they will come out the other side feeling like a brand new sports car.
You know we can say that we will wear what we eat. So if we eat greasy, unhealthy, fatty foods, we will wear a greasy, unhealthy, fatty body.
There are foods that I can and will never eat. My body has just gotten so that it cannot tolerate them any longer. And, I do not miss them.
Thank you for your post and for visiting and reading. Keep up the disciplined life my friend, it will become as natural to you as breathing.

    Kevin
