Green Tea and Acne

Green Tea has so many different ways to help us stay healthy, to name a few it is a fat burner, lowers cholesterol, helps prevent some cancers, and the main one that I am going to discuss today is how it helps treat acne.

Next in my series of how to treat acne, is Green Tea and Acne…who would have thought that Green tea would be able to treat acne? I have learned it’s good for you if you drink it, but who would have ever dreamed it would help clear up acne? In my recent research I have discovered that green tea is as effective as using benzoyl peroxide but without the downside of having your skin dry out.

The drinking of green tea is one of the best ways to treat acne because it starts from the inside out. Also once you are done with the tea bag, you can use it on your face or skin before throwing it away.

We mention that green tea is not only the best economical way of treating acne but it’s much safer then using the peroxide cause it does not contain the 4 percent peroxide chemical.

Using green tea on your skin not only helps acne it also helps repair dying skin cells. Something I would like to share with you today is something that I found in my research and it’s a Green Tea Diet for treating acne.

Basically drinking one cup of green tea a day will help your skin.

In closing here are some other benefits to drinking green tea: helps also with tooth decay because it helps get rid of any bacteria that are in your system, it also helps with food poisoning.

I hope that what was brought out here today regarding Green Tea and Acne will be of some help. I am going to continue with how Olive Oil can help acne in my next post so stay tuned… Hope this series on different natural ways to treat acne has been of some help to someone out there.
