I hope this post finds you enjoying a healthy, happy life in spite of the rough winter we have been experiencing here in the eastern part of the country with the snows covering from Maine to deep in the South.

I wanted to give you readers of mine a heads-up to a little change I have started as of today, February 15, 2010.

I know I haven’t been posting any educational informational posts in here regularly like I used to. I sincerely apologize. I will not make any excuses to you, just that life gets really crazy around here and I get pulled in too many different directions.

But, I have just started something new for you and I hope you like it. I have done this to maybe show  some healthy products to you, that will help you in your fight against acne.

Every couple of days or so, I will post a new product here. I have screened them all to make sure they are healthy, natural products or books to treat acne. They are the top rated ones in Amazon and saves you from having to go in there and search around for them yourself.

This is the best way for me to come to each of you and show you these good products right in your home. Products like Burt’s Bee’s, we’ve all heard of that line right? It is a trusted one too, correct? Well, that is what I will be posting here for you. (it should start on the 18th).

Please remember, there are no miracle cure pills or lotions, ok? The best safest solutions are the ones that we make in the form of healthy lifestyle changes. You all know my theory by now right?

If we take a pill to treat a problem, that is just treating the symptom and not really getting to the core issue. Stop taking that pill and the problem returns. Although, if we remove the toxic, unhealthy substances, and lifestyle … THAT is treating the core issue of our acne, and that will have a ripple effect and make our entire body healthy.
