I have heard of this next one, and the term of Nettle is for a variety of herbaceous plants of the genus Urtica. Most have heard of “Stinging Nettle” and many of us gardeners regard it as a weed. Although, it is also an edible green, and a strong herbal treatment.

    Kareena,

There are many people getting help from changing their diets and lifestyles and adding vitamins, herbs, and natural products we already have in our homes. I agree that some have to turn to the drugs, but there are side effects from them all even the anti-biotics. They not only kill the bad, but the good things in our GI tract. They cannot differentiate good from bad and therefore kill all. Thus, weakening our immune systems.
